Privacy
- The shopping cart on my site is connected to a secure server when you get to the part where you enter your credit card number.
- I'll never share your name or contact info with any other mailing list ever, because I hate when it happens to me. I'll add you to my own customer email list unless you ask me not to. I email my customers just a few times a year to let them know of new products, my show schedule, and web site updates.
Ordering
- I accept Discover, Visa, and Mastercard, and your payment is not processed until I ship your order. I also accept personal or business checks, money orders, PayPal, and small unmarked bills.
- If you would prefer to place your order over the telephone, email me with your phone number and when is a good time to call, and I'll be in touch.
Shipping
- I ship orders once or twice a week, usually within a week or two of receiving them. I'll email you after receiving your order to tell you the approximate shipping date, and again when your order actually leaves. I can usually accommodate those of you who need your order sooner, but you must ask nicely. :-)
- I ship via good old U.S. Mail, first class or Priority, depending on weight, because it's most convenient for me. If you want me to use another shipper, I can do that, but shipping & handling charges are likely to be a bit more.
- Shipping & handling charges are based on dollar amount of your order:
- up to $51 = $4.00
- $52 to $100 = $7.00
- $101 to $200 = $9.00
- $201 or more = $12.00
- International orders, please inquire for for shipping rates.
Returns
- If you decide you don't want what I've sent you, I'll refund your money (except shipping) if you contact me and return the items within one week of receipt.
- You can return anything for exchange within 30 days of receipt, but please contact me before sending anything back.
